The product will enter screen off mode when user presses the power button once. However, the OS and Wi-Fi module are required to run in the background in this mode for a smooth user experience. Therefore, auto power off (power management function) is not applicable for intended use.

Yes, follow these steps:

1. While you are connected, download the games you want to be able to play.
2. Click on SETTINGS.
3. You will see your WiFi settings.
4. Click on the FORGET button to the right of your current connection.
5. You are now offline and can play anything you have installed.

NOTE: Selecting any functions that require online features will result in messages or spinning icons. Unplugging and plugging back in does not change it as long as you do those steps.

All game sales are final, make sure to look at the game description and previews thoroughly before purchasing.

If you are using the same account on both devices, it is currently not possible as you cannot befriend yourself.

If you wish to do so, you would need a separate ID for that table and you may be required to purchase games again.

Yes, you can use an IGT adapter for IGB – However, you cannot use the IGB adaptor for IGT.

Yes, one account can be used at the same time on one IGB and on one IGT.

Note that this is only true for 2 unique device types (meaning you cannot log on 2 IGTs with the same account at the same time, nor 2 IGBs).

Our table is impact and water resistant, so you don’t have to worry about spills and drops.

Many games have this feature but not all, it will depend on the game.

The Infinity Game Table is a closed system to maximize security for all players and is not open to surf the general Internet.

Playing against AI depends on the game. Many games are designed this way but not all.

The reason this is called the Infinity Game Table is because the content possibilities are limitless. We will continue to partner with developers to secure additional content for this table as it launches and, in the years, to come.

If your internet provider is Xfinity, it is likely due to an advanced security feature.  

To bypass this, you can go into Advanced Security through the Xfinity Phone App and allow access for 1 hour or turn off the Advanced Security feature.  If you turn off Advanced Security — please remember to turn it back on after you have completed the setup of your Infinity Game Table and downloaded the games you would like use.  Both of these changes can be made through the Xfinity App on your phone.  To see if you have the Advanced Security feature turned on, (from the Xfinity Phone app) please click the connect icon at the bottom of your Xfinity app and Advanced Security would be the 2nd option under your WIFI.    

The Advanced Security only affects the Infinity Game Table if you are attempting to sign into your account, download a new game, or downloading an update.  We are working with Xfinity to have this resolved and we do appreciate your patience.  If you are playing games installed on your table, you will not have to make changes to the Xfinity Advanced Security.

The IGT models all have detachable legs. The IGB legs are built in to the device and not detachable. IGB legs are small and meant for use on top of other tables.
