WHEN CONTACTING US:
Please include:

  1.  product name
  2.  item number
  3.  image with delivery date
  4.  description of the problem being experienced
  5.  your name, address and phone number.

Additionally, if eligible under the warranty and so advised by Customer Service, also include the defective product or product part and the ORIGINAL dated sales receipt. Please retain a copy of your receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONSUMER:
Tastemakers LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that this Arcade1Up Infinity Game Table is free from defect in material and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace, at Tastemaker’s discretion, any defective product subject to:

1) One year from the date of purchase if the product is used for personal, family or household use; subject to service fee schedule tiers

  1. Within 14 days of purchase no questions asked with proof of purchase, ship back for a full refund
  2. Within 90 days no service fee for service issues.
  3. Within 91 – 120 days $269 service fee
  4. Within 121 – 365 days $369 service fee

2) This warranty extends only to the original Kickstarter backed pledge and commences on the date of the product delivery. Proof of delivery date must be provided for the warranty to be applicable.

Any part of this product found in the reasonable judgment of Tastemakers LLC to be defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced by Tastemakers LLC. The product, including any defective part, must be returned to Tastemakers LLC within the warranty period. Returns must be sent in the original manufacturer’s packaging. All warranty inquiries must be submitted through the Infinity Game Table customer support portal here: www.infinitygametable.com/support. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Tastemakers LLC recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Tastemakers LLC does not guarantee receipt of your returned item, and therefore will not be held accountable for lost items or damage sustained during shipping. Proof of purchase and proof of defect are required to substantiate any warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, or accident, or that has been operated in any way contrary to the operating instructions as specified in the operator’s manual. This warranty does not apply to the battery or glass surface. This warranty does not apply to any damage to the product that is the result of improper maintenance or to any product that has been altered or modified. The warranty does not extend to repairs made necessary by normal wear or by the use of parts or accessories which are either incompatible with the Tastemakers LLC’s product or adversely affect its operation, performance, or durability. This warranty does not cover any act of nature, misuse, power surges, accidental damage, abuse, limitations of technology, cosmetic damage, contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat or food or foreign material, use of parts or supplies not from Arcade1Up Infinity Game Table that cause damage to the Product, damages caused by computer or internet viruses, bugs, worms, Trojan Horses, malfunctions due to peripherals/accessories, or modification of or to any part of the Arcade1Up Infinity Game Table. Tastemakers LLC is not responsible for damage that happen from failure to follow the owner’s manual and safety instructions relating to the product’s use or caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses of this product.

ADDITIONAL LEGAL RIGHTS:
This warranty provides specific legal rights. Tastemakers LLC reserves the right to change this warranty for any reason without notice. You may have other or different rights in your state or country.
